Hello everyone!! I have a bit of a situation going on, and I could really use all of your help!

Well, to be a bit more accurate with what’s going on: an extremely important friend of mine is going through some rough times. In fact, rough might be a bit of an understatement. In either case, she could really use some cash!

In order to help her out, I’ve decided to open up commissions to save up money for her. However, I don’t have a PayPal.

DeviantART points can be converted into money after a while, though! Which is what I am going to use in order to help her out.

With that said: the donation pool on my page will now be dedicated to something I’d like to call the Marill Fund. From today through June 15th, any and all of the commission points I earn will go into the donation pool. The goal is to obtain at LEAST 8,000 points – which is just about 80 dollars or so. When June 15th comes by, I will take these points and send them to my friend’s dA!

As far as commissions go: this page will be for regular commission information. For people who are in PKMNation, see here for Pokemon commissions!

Here’s what I have to offer:

SKETCHES: 500 :points:

Alexander sketches! by Darlingist

A page full of sketches, varying from 2 to 5 images, of a character of your choice. Additional characters with the commission will cost 200 more points; they will have their own page’s worth of sketches. More samples of my sketches can be found here!

FLAT COLOR: 700 :points:
DW:DBD Light Fang App: Angelina by Darlingist Truffville App: Etoile by Darlingist

A flatcolored image of a character of your choice. Additional characters will cost 200 more points, and three characters will cost 1,000 points. A few more samples can be seen here!

CHIBIS: 850 :points:

Naturally Adorable (Payment 2) by Darlingist

A fully shaded chibi of a character of your choice. Additional chibis of the same character, or chibis of different characters, will cost 150 points per chibi. Four chibis will cost 1,000 points. Simple backgrounds (meaning ones without scenery of any sort) are free upon request; detailed ones will cost 100 more points per chibi. A simple animation with these chibis are also free.

CHARACTER ALBUM COVER: 850 :points:

(SAMPLE IMPENDING)

An album cover for the music you have on your computer, iPhone, Android, portable robot maid, etc! Up to three album covers can be made for the starting price. Additional album covers will cost 250 each. Eight album covers will cost 1,500 points. (Please provide character references, the song that’s being covered, and any information relating to the character and the song! A.K.A.: feel free to provide as much info about the songs and characters in question – something that might be more appropriate in a Note.) Watermarked versions of the albums will be posted on dA, while unwatermarked versions will be sent to the commissioner via note.

Currently unavailable at this point of time. Sorry!

PINS: 850 :points:

See here for samples!

A pin design of a character of your choice! Up to six characters can be requested for the starting price; additional pins will cost 150 per pin. (If you want pins with character quotes, the quotes will have to be at most six words long!) A watermarked version will be posted on dA, while an unwatermarked version will be sent to the commissioner via note.

FULL SHADING: 1,000 :points:

Sky Explorers: Arroz Con Leche by Darlingist A Relaxed Dominion (Payment) by Darlingist

A fully shaded image of a character of your choice. Additional characters will cost 350 more points, and three characters will cost 1,500.

SIMPLE ANIMATIONS: 1,000 :points:

Minuet (Clutch Payment 2!) by Darlingist

A fully shaded image of a character doing a simple action, such as bouncing or blinking. Additional characters will cost 350 points. Three characters will cost 1,200 points. Simple backgrounds will add an additional 50 points, while complex ones will add 100 points.

COMPLEX ANIMATIONS: 1,500 :points: (*starting cost)

Minuet learned Protect! by Darlingist Natural Beauty (Payment 1) by Darlingist

A fully shaded image of a character doing a slightly more complex action than bouncing or blinking. I will only do one character for this, but in the event that somebody wants more than one person doing a complex action, it will charge as 1,500 once more. Simple backgrounds will add an additional 100 points, while complex ones will add 250 points.

*The price will vary depending on how complex the action is; a person flipping off of a building will cost more than a person walking/flying, see?

ORIGINAL CHARACTER DESIGNS: 1,500 :points:

PKMNation (Apple PITS Ranch): Debbie Dube by Darlingist O-Asis Guide App: Kip by DarlingistHugh Character Sheet... thing. by Darlingist

Want an original character/species? Provide the details for what you want (as well as any references that you may want to add), and I’ll see what I can’t do! This will be limited to one character per commission, meaning additional characters will cost another 1,500 per character. A watermarked version of the character will be posted on dA, while an unwatermarked version will be sent to the commissioner via note.

Currently unavailable at this point of time. Sorry!

ORIGINAL ADOPT DESIGNS: 1,500 :points:

(SAMPLE IMPENDING)

If you’re a fan of the species that I design, then feel free to drop off a color scheme and any other details that you’d like to add! A watermarked version of the adoptable will be posted on dA, while an unwatermarked version will be sent to the commissioner via note.

Currently unavailable at this point of time. Sorry!

FAQ + RULES:

:bulletblue: Some services are unavailable due to a few reasons!

    1. There aren’t any samples of those types of art. In that case, sit tight and wait for a bit; they should be available rather soon!

    2. Real life might go in the way of making these items, and have resulted in nixing them for the time being.

    3. The art type in question has become too popular, and needs a cooldown time before becoming available again.

    4. Other reasons. In that case, simply ask!

:bulletblue: Please do not comment/complain on how expensive these commissions may seem. It’s rather rude! And if you’re really into cheaper commission prices, consider joining in on the PKMNation fun >v></ small>

:bulletblue: There is a progress key on the donation pool in regards to how much work I’ve done on a commission. In addition (and for commissions beyond sketches), I will note progress shots and make sure that I am on the right track with the things I make. Changes are free, unless they are last minute ones.

:bulletblue: I WILL NOT do any Not Safe for Work images, nor anything that has to deal with violence, gore, vore, hangings, drowning—basically, anything beyond PG 13 content. Thank you in advance for respecting these limitations.

:bulletblue: I will accept requests pertaining to Pokemon, Digimon, My Little Pony, The World Ends With You, Animal Crossing, Rune Factory/Harvest Moon, general fantasy things and characters along those lines. If you want to commission something that isn’t on this list, all that you need to do is ask! I promise that I don’t bite!

And, as stated in my PKMNation commissions page,

:bulletblue: I have the right to reject a commission.
I will say why I reject a certain commission, of course!!
:bulletblue: After discussing the amount that must be paid and the time needed to complete a commission, the commissioner will send in the points first. Only then will the artwork get done.
:bulletblue: In the event that I start, but cannot finish a commission, I will refund the points entirely.
:bulletblue: Please send these points to the donation pool!!
:bulletblue: I have the right to add more rules (and commissioning options) as I see fit!
I will, of course, update this page accordingly!

A quick question, how are points turned into money? I never knew that was possible; the points rules page says they can't?
